Sakura Sake Blue

1 oz Sho Chiku Bai Sake
1 oz Bacardi white rum
1 oz triple sec
1 oz Rose's blue raspberry mixer
1/2 oz Rose's lime juice

Local Sushi Chef, Jason Wu of Sakura Sushi Bar & Grill , in Lafayette, Louisiana created this drink. This makes a wonderful dessert sake shot, that's a perfect way to end any sushi dinner, especially when that dinner is at Sakura Sushi Bar & Grill.Combine all ingredients in a shaker and shake hard. Pour into shot glass. Makes roughly 4 shots.
